After requesting for access, the Product Peers calendar will appear on the left side, under Other calendars in your Google Calendar application. 

Before starting, confirm that the Product Peers calendar has been selected.

1. On the left side, below Other calendars, click peersproduct@gmail.com calendar
2. In your Google Calendar application, click Create an event. 
3. For the event tile use: "Mock: YOUR NAME + ??"
4. Create a 1-hour time slot. 
5. Add G-meet conferencing link
6. In the description box, state your name, Linkedin profile and which question type you would like to practice.
7. Select Basil(green) as the event color to indicate that this event is open. 
8. Add your email address to the Guests box on the right.
9. Click save

1.  Open the event. 
2.  Update the event title by adding + YOUR NAME instead of ??
3.  In the description box, add your name, LinkedIn and type of question you would like to practice
4.  Add your email address to the Guests box. 
5.  Change the event color to Tomato (red). 
6.  Save the event 

The Product Peers calendar uses Basil (green) and Tomato (red) as event colors. We recommend changing the default color of the Product Peers calendar to Orange, or any color EXCEPT Basil (green) or Tomato (red). 

Product Peers Calendar events are highlighted using the colors Basil and Tomato.

• Basil (green) = Open
• Tomato (red) = Closed

If you do not want to see the Product Peers Calendar events, uncheck the Product Peers Calendar.

DO NOT DELETE events on the Product Peers Calendar.

Everyone's time is hugely important. And, some peers only have so many hours to practice before their interview. This is why our policy is for peers to give their partners notice 24 hours in advance via mail unless it is a real emergency like an accident or illness.

Providing 24-hour notice also allows other peers to join your partner’s event or gives them a chance to join someone else's.
